Job Title: AR Analyst
Location: Walnut Creek
Compensation: $25-$30 an hour

Job Summary:

Established company looking for an AR Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for all aspects of AR processing and Collections.

Job Title Responsibilities:
* Billing inquiries, customer refund requests, account disputes and adjustments.
* Collection activities including customer follow-up, resolving unpaid invoices, negotiating payment plans and settlements, and dispute resolution.
* Reconcile complex accounts.
* Reduce delinquency of assigned accounts.
* Specialized billing as requested by customers.
* A people person who can take feedback and learn things on their own.
* Self-Starter who is reliable and assertive. Very detail oriented.
* Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Title Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience with AR Analysis and Collections.
* Intermediate Word and Excel experience.
* Strong communication skills written and verbal.
