Job Title: AR Analyst

Location: Folsom
Compensation: $25-$28 an hour

Job Summary:

A local client of ours in the education industry is looking for an AR Analyst for the following 6-7 months. This role is responsible for working with customers and analyzing invoices, payments, and credit memos. This is a Monday thru Friday full time position with the ability to work a hybrid schedule.

Job Title Responsibilities:

Update, track and deliver financial reports on recurring basis
Research, resolve and respond to issues and inquiries from customers
Reducing delinquency for past due accounts
Conduct data analysis, evaluate processes and determine business needs
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in the collections process
Establish and maintain relationship with customers
Make collections calls

Job Title Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required
Experience with Sales Force or Net Suite preferred
