AR Manager

Growing winery collection based in Santa Rosa is seeking an experienced AR Manager. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for the effective management and profitable AR operations of multiple entities in the company portfolio. Wine industry highly desired, however not required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees customer invoicing and processing of all incoming payments, researches and solves payment discrepancies
• Ensures the processing of all invoices, credits and payments are done accurately and timely.
• Reviews invoices and credit memos for approval and appropriate coding (Site, Departments, GL codes, and dimensions).
• Manages monthly close functions, including reconciling accounts, calculating and booking accruals, and monthly analysis of accounts payable and receivable.
• Supports management by providing timely and accurate payment and account standing information.
• Supervises AR staff & provides training on best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience for a team of 1-2 direct reports
• 5 years+ progressive experience in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent computer and technological skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
