Our Bay Area Biotech client has an immediate need for a strong AR/Collections Specialist to come on board for at least 6 months. This role will be mostly remote - onsite 1-2 days/week the East Bay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial collections and work well in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, this candidate must be fully vaccinated.
Responsibilities:
* High volume Commercial Collections
* Make 50 to 60 outgoing calls a day
* Credit limit increases
* Interact directly with customers on a daily basis
* Communicate with customers regarding delinquent balances
* Research and resolve AR/Collections related discrepancies
* Knowledge of how to read, understand and utilize Dun & Bradstreet reports
* Knowledge of Audited Financial Statement
* Ad hoc projects
Requirements:
* 5+ years of AR experience - specifically with Commercial Collection
* Ability to multitask & function in a fast-paced environment
* SAP or other ERP knowledge
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Knowledge of Collection Laws
* Strong Internal and External Customer Service Skills
