Our Tri-Valley based client has an immediate need for an AR Specialist to come on board on a contract basis -- about 1-3+ months.

The AR Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle AR process including: billing, cash applications, collections, handling credit cards, and more. They are on QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be an experienced AR Specialist that can jump in and help out with minimal training.

This role will be fully onsite in the Pleasanton area and can pay $25-30/hour DOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating invoices and statements
  • Cash applications
  • Collections and following up on past due accounts
  • Managing credit cards
  • Research and resolve AR related issues/inquiries
  • Assist with customer dispute resolution
  • Maintain accounts receivable documents and filing system

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the full cycle Accounts Receivable process and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
