Job Title: AR Specialist
Location: San Jose
Compensation: $65-$85k

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process. This person will also need to be resourceful with a high degree of integrity.

Job Title Responsibilities:
* Processing all client lien releases.
* Manage accounts, balances, and posting payments.
* Verify any discrepancies with billing.
* Process full billing cycle, including invoice creation, payment receipts and timely payments.
* Print and obtain signatures on all accounts payable checks.
* Manage all general ledger and reporting including but not limited to AR, AP, and job costing.
* Work to ensure all AR functions are accurate.
* Assist auditor with AR receipts and billing needed to finalize audits.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Title Requirements:
* 3+ years of billing, AR and AP experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational and stress management skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.
