Job Title: Assembler Technician

Location: Vista, CA

Compensation: $18 - $20/hr. DOE

Job Title: Assembler Packer

Nelson Staffing is currently hiring Assembler Technicians in Vista, CA. Immediate Openings in 1st & 2nd Shift.

Compensation: $18 - $20/hr. DOE

Assembler Technicians are responsible for assembling parts or units using various electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies and other hand and power tools. You will align, fasten units or frames, as well as basic testing functions to complete assembly.

Other Duties/Responsibilities include

  • Fasten Cables and Wiring
  • Rework of non-conforming production assemblies
  • Maintain assembly production records
  • Perform routine daily cleanup
  • Other duties as required.

Education/Additional Skills/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Lite Manufacturing Assembly experience
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools used in assembly
  • Training in maintenance, repair, machinery operation, assembly, etc. is a strong plus
  • Self-starter and ability to suggest solutions when problems arise
  • Must clear background and drug screen
