The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling small robotic devices that are used in hospitals. Assembly Technician will also use a computer to track what they have assembled for quality assurance.

Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: 6AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday (Occasional over-time Saturdays) Pay Rate: $20 - $22
  • Swing Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM, Monday-Friday (Occasional over-time Saturdays) Pay Rate: $22 - $24.20

Retention bonus up to $3,000 during the first 90 days. Paid in 3 Installments. $1,000 after 1st week. $1,000 at 60 days. $1,000 at 90 days.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble a variety of products according to standard work instructions and prints.
  • Operate and set up production equipment/fixtures.
  • Perform preparation work such as line clearance and changeover.
  • Perform inspection and repairs of own and other's work.
  • Properly complete manufacturing documentation. Initiate basic material requests, report quality issues, report efficiency, record measurements as needed. May report work order information into computer.
  • Maintain an excellent attendance record.

Requirements:

  • Pass a background check
  • Pass a math and English test
  • Prior assembly experience
