Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment
San Francisco or Los Angeles

We seek an associate attorney to support our firm's complex litigation, class action defense, single plaintiff defense, and advice and counsel practices.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a talented team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help deliver excellent service to our clients. Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills required. Academic credentials will be weighed along with other indicators of ability, motivation, and initiative. Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and experience with, or readiness for, direct client contact. Work location in either San Francisco or Los Angeles office, negotiable.

Must be admitted to practice in California. At least three to five years management-side employment litigation experience required, preferably with experience defending class or other complex matters. Salary range $150,000-180,000, commensurate with experience, desired billable hour requirement (1500 minimum) and may vary based on location.
