Looking to hire a bilingual HR Business Partner in Napa, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Assist in drafting and tracking personnel documentation, such as attendance, grievances, injury reports and performance evaluations.
  • Employee Relations: Support internal investigations and help resolve employee relations issues.
  • Onboarding: Be an integral part of the onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Recruitment: Organize and Manage all full cycle recruitment efforts
  • Onboarding: Schedule new hire onboardings and conduct new employee orientations and maintain records accordingly.
  • Payroll: Support HR team with HRIS and Payroll System

Qualifications:

  • 5 Years HR Generalist experience
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish is Mandatory
  • Must have strong full cycle recruitment background
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of California and Federal labor laws.
  • Knowledge of HR Information systems such as Dayforce, Kronos, etc.
