Compensation: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Bilingual Administrative Assistant

$22-$25 per hour- Depending on experiences, requirements and qualification

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Perform broad administrative duties-support staff/upper management
  • Conduct responsible accurate, appropriate, and courteous customer service
  • Ability to work in a very busy work environment- sit at the front via cubicle
  • Professionally answer heavy phones and reply to (public correspondence) emails
  • To act as the first and single point of contact for customers whenever possible
  • Must have strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Suite
  • Conduct precise data entry, writing reports, keeping information /files confidential
  • Ability to work a MON-FRI shift schedule from 8 am-4:30 pm w/30 min lunch in Santa Rosa, Ca
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and must be fully vaccinated.
