Billing Analyst Supervisor
$110- $115k

Napa based distribution company is seeking a Billing Analyst Supervisor to join their growing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily oversight to billing department to drive billing accuracy and resolve client billing discrepancies.
  • Take part of the onboarding of new clients, review invoices to ensure alignment of contract terms.
  • Regularly report revenues and invoicing activity to accounting department
  • Lead department streamlining initiatives, including automation of internal processes to increase speed and efficiency.
  • In partnership with Controller, review and improve current policies and procedures.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and customized reporting tools as needed to verify the integrity for over 800+ customer accounts.

Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Proficient in ERP systems including advanced proficiency in Excel.
