Job Title: Billing Specialist

Location: Sausalito
Compensation: $26-$31 an hour

Job Summary:

A local client of ours in the Architecture industry is looking for a Billing Specialist on a temp to hire basis. This role is responsible for full cycle billing. This is a Monday thru Friday role fully in office.

Job Title Responsibilities:

Coordinate monthly billing process with project managers
Preparation of client specific invoice formatting
Create advance invoices as needed
Participate in monthly billing run and distribution reports
Upload invoices and data into various software interfaces
Update client invoicing request
Code and process expense reports
Respond to various report requests from project managers
Maintain accounting ledger by posting monthly account transactions
Prepare necessary billing reports to specific timelines

Job Title Requirements:

A.A. in Accounting or Finance preferred
Experience with Deltek Vision a plus
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Advanced Excel preferred
