Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Sonoma
Compensation: $26-$35 an hour

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join them on a temporary basis. This position will directly assist the owners to reconcile all expenses and track income. This temporary assignment will be on-going to manage the books on a part-time basis.

Job Title Responsibilities:

Receive and deposit customer payments
Process incoming checks and prepare for deposit
Reconcile all expenses and invoices to ensure accuracy
Bill payments/mail checks
Process accounts receivable and payable
Managing banking activities

Job Title Requirements:

Experience in QuickBooks Desktop & Microsoft office suite preferred
2+ years' experience in bookkeeping
Experience with AP and AR desirable
