LODI BASED WINERY IN NEED OF A DIRECT HIRE BOTTLING MANAGER/MECHANIC - 7:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday - $90,000-$100,000/year!!!

Qualified candidates will posses/be able to:

  • 5-10 years experience running a HIGH SPEED BOTTLING PRODUCTION (8,000 bottles/hour)
  • Perform bottling line startups and shutdowns, change-overs, quality checks, and equipment sanitation
  • Excellent understanding and ability to perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on conveyor systems - experience with MBF Superblock or Monoblock a big Plus
  • Manage a team to consistently meet or exceed production goals - manage employee schedules
  • Excellent problem solving skills; exhibit a consistent solutions oriented mindset
  • LEAN Manufacturing expertise
