Job Title: Bottling Production Worker
The Production Worker plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing and production process by executing a range of tasks to contribute to the creation of high-quality products. Working within a team-oriented environment, the Production Worker follows established guidelines and procedures to ensure production targets are met while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position involves operating machinery, assembling components, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Production Worker's attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to teamwork are essential for the overall success of the production process.
Compensation: $20.00- $21.00/HR
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to established protocols.
Must have the ability to do simple mathematics quickly and accurately such as addition/subtraction and multiplication/Division.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.
Must be able to work safely and effectively with the following equipment and tools: Forklift, push-full attachment, and automatic stretch wrap machine.
Package and label products as required.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production flow.
Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhere to production schedules and meet production quotas.
Operate computer to download shipment and produce bills of lading.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and product counts.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications may be preferred.
Basic understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Flexibility to work any shift and adapt to changing production demands.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is required.
Must have 2 years of experience with forklift
Must have a valid driver's license
