Job Expectations:

  • Develop new business via in person with members, stationed at our designated kiosks speaking clearly about heating and air conditioning services.
  • Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communication with members.
  • Inform and relay qualified leads taken and/or scheduled to Jillian and CSR's in office via email.
  • Be highly motivated and have a positive attitude.
  • Enjoy speaking with others, working individually but can also work as a team to accomplish company goals.
  • Strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity.
  • Be available to work the hours that Costco is open. Have flexibility with shifts.
  • Check-in with Jillian at the beginning of each shift via text or phone call. She'll update you on schedule availability, any warehouse happenings and general information updates.
  • Check out with Jillian at the end of each shift via text or phone call for a final count of the days leads and any other info you may need to discuss.

    Experience and Knowledge:

  • Having previous job experience in the same field or capacity of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills with Jillian and the office.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, ready to strike up a conversation.
  • Honest, accountable and respectful to members, Costco employees and other Service Provider Brand Ambassadors.
