Location: Concord, CA

Pay: $18 pr/hr

These are the 8 Hour shifts available:

M-F 8:00am-7:30pm

Sat 7:30am- 6:30pm

Sun 8:00am-6:30pm

Call Center Agent

You will answer incoming calls from customers who need repairs, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team for our customers that need to make appointments with our service technicians and be responsible for ensuring our technicians are on time in their routes. You will also project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Set up appointment times with customers & technicians
  • Reschedule appointments
  • Process orders and route service tickets
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs and reports

Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a high volume call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Basic data entry and typing skills
  • Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • 1,500 calls per month, 2-3 minutes on average
