Client Services Specialist

We buy and sell collectible fine wine; operate the only true full-service wine storage facility in the US; and provides a cutting edge, purely web based, wine management software solution which enables enthusiasts to actively manage their cellars. Our interactive online Marketplace is the first and only platform available in the USA for collector-to-collector wine sales.

As a Client Service Specialist, you will provide support to our large client base with all inquiries into their accounts. This includes acting as a support liaison between clients and our sales and operations teams, as well as general support of issues with regards to entering orders, fulfillment, shipping, problem solving and more. This role is vital in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and superior experiences with us.

Responsibilities
Facilitate full client engagement with our platform (acquiring, storing, and selling fine wine).

  • Serve as a liaison between the sales & operations teams to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to, responding to a high volume of inbound service requests via email and telephone, processing customer orders, problem solving, helping with customer storage questions and ensuring orders are shipped on time.
  • Ensuring quantified customer satisfaction rates are above company standards.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication queues which will also include proactive calls and emails to seek answers to order or service delivery processing questions.
  • Following-up with clients is crucial to success in this role.

Requirements
Extreme attention to detail, firm organization skills, a process-oriented skillset, and a high level of comfort in multi-tasking.

  • A self-starter mentality with ability to shift between autonomous and team-oriented work swiftly.
  • The ability to always deliver white glove level of service, no matter the volume of inquiries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. College degree preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume customer service, wine sales and/or an operations role for a consumer-oriented ecommerce, retail, or services enterprise.
  • Strong computer proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications and internet resources.
