CNC Programmer:
Prepared laser and waterjet CNC programming.
Review programs for actual material requirements, prepare final estimates.
Work with sheet metal shop supervisor to maintain raw material an remnants.
Tasks involve creating flat pattern drawings for release to production.
Assign and apply proper and instructive annotation and classification to manufacturing drawings.
Create documentation for procedures and references that coincide with current manufacturing practices and techniques.
Perform duties of junior manufacturing engineer when needed.
Required education and experience:
Knowledge of basic sheet metal techniques and practices.
Ability to visualize space geometry as well as 3D2 flat conversions.
Good communication skills to work with shop personnel, engineers and designers.
Proactive in looking for ways to improve manufacturing processes by efficient material consumption and or creative nest solutions.

CNC Machine Operator:
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts on a daily basis.
* Document and record inspection results and properly file hard and electronic copies.
* Interpret drawings and schematics.
* Initiate nonconformance reports (NCR's) for all nonconforming material.
* Perform inspections using the microscope.
* Perform first-article reports using various inspection tools.
* Follow customer specifications to satisfy the inspection requirements of the drawing or work order instructions
* Work closely with the Quality Manager and Scheduling Manager for production flow.
* Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to interpret drawings and schematic per ASME Y14.5.
* Strong understanding of GD&T.
* Manual and/or CMM inspection experience.
* Minimum two years of experience with Calypso Software and Zeiss CMM; five years preferred.
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. safely.
* Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent green card holder.
(Preferred)Knowledge of Epicor ERP 10 or similar Management/Manufacturing Information System.

Maintenance Technician:
Under direct (and eventually non-direct) supervision, the Maintenance Technician will perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting,
preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC Machines, high temperature vacuum furnaces, hydrogen generators, chillers, and the building.
Perform mechanical work, major equipment overhaul, motor/gearbox replacements, valve and pumps maintenance, and lube routes.
Perform maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and open to exchange of information.
Maintain records to ensure accountability of time, parts and repairs to meet regulatory compliance. * Follow safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Able to be certified to operate power equipment (forklift, scissor lift, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds.
A high school diploma or GED; technical school a plus.
Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
Ability to work overtime as it is mandatory and weekend.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be U.S. citizen or permanent green card holder.
Pluses Fundamental knowledge and understanding of PLCs.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Experience with 3-phase 480-volt industrial electrical systems, electrical wiring, electrical conduit, and motor control circuits.
Two years' experience in plant & Industrial maintenance.
