Job Title: Collections/ Customer Service Representative
Location: Vacaville, CA
Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Collections/ Customer Service Representative: handle large volume of calls from healthcare patients, take payments via phone, establish payment plans and resolve issues related to insurance and medical bills.

Compensation: This is an hourly paid position with production-based commission and bonuses.

Collections/Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls and answer general questions make out-bound calls to collect outstanding medical debt
  • Establish reasonable payment plans and take payments over the phone
  • Data entry, scanning and upload documents
Collections/Customer Service Representative Requirements:
  • Previous customer service/call center experience required; collections experience a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
