Compensation: $28/hr

Strong Excel skills are necessary (intermediate level). Must be comfortable with formulas. These roles will require an Excel test at the time of submittal (MS Excel 2010).

  • Technical skills: Excel - (candidate testing MS Excel 2010) requirement- very comfortable with formulas intermediate level, SAP - comfortable with ERP system (ideal to have SAP experience already)
  • Report to manager/timesheet approver:
  • Duration of temporary assignment: project duration - 6+ months (GCEM project duration)
  • Specific work hours: 8 hours a day but start time is open (may be less flexible once return to El Seg)

Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Analytics, the primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Revenue Operations group with a variety of tasks in order to optimize contract pricing and reporting functions


  • Level of accountability: Generally Independent
  • Level of decision making: Fair amount of independent decision making.
  • Has contact with: Internal managers and senior management
  • Supervision: Reports to Manager, Contract Pricing
  • Physical Requirements: Light, occasional physical effort
  • Travel: None
  • Prepare materials to assist in contract pricing and reporting
  • Quality assurance testing of reporting
  • Assist in loading contract pricing into SAP
  • Review accuracy of contract details during the booking process
  • Track progress of contract requests and provide status updates
  • Answer and direct phone call and e-mail inquiries
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials
  • Organize meetings and conference calls
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects
