Nelson Connects is immediately hiring a Consumer Relations Representative for a growing company located in Sebastopol, CA.

For this temp-to-hire full-time position, we are looking for an individual that demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, efficiency, is multitask and highly detail-oriented professionals - shows respect for individual differences, has ability to navigate sensitive situations with good judgment and diplomacy.

Consumer Relations Representative, Sebastopol, CA

Compensation Range hour: $23.00-$28.00

Overall, a consumer relations manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring positive customer experiences, resolving issues quickly and with 100% satisfaction, and building strong relationships between the company and its customers.

  • Must have a Minimum of over 2 years of professional customer relations experience.
  • Highly desirable to have work experience with consumer package goods.
  • Proactively engaging and ensuring all interactions with consumers results in a satisfying, professional, and valued experience.
  • Advanced in CRM Zendesk- update productivity, process, and provide responses for FAQ.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and technically savvy.
  • Productively work with department such as QA, Production team - to effectively resolve issues.
  • Primarily work with Brand Manager to update FAQ and provide answers not documented.
  • Professional communication skills - active listening and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Efficient - accurate - develop effective customer relations strategies and standards.
  • Aid and support customers, resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Work with passion and empathy to find fair/reasonable solutions that align with company policy.
  • Onsite - NO remote or hybrid schedule available.
