Contracts Administrator
Foster City - Hybrid

The Contracts Administrator will manage the categorization of all contracts that have been migrated into a new contract management system that Apollomics is rolling out by extracting and entering metadata such as effective dates, expiration dates and basic data into each record. The Contract Administrator will review and scan each contract to complete the data required for reporting purposes. The ideal candidate has some exposure to contracts and have the ability to identify relevant metadata into a CMS.


  • Data entry, create records for each contract we are migrating over to the new contract management system.
  • Partner with in-house Contracts Manager to complete the project.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with contract administration, contract management tools and databases.
  • Working knowledge of contract management software. Experience with Parley Pro CMS preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
