An industry-leading Home Builder and Land Developer in San Ramon is seeking a Contracts Coordinator for a 6-12 month contract in their office in San Ramon, CA. The Contract Coordinator will support Land & Planning efforts to construct by coordinating all administrative tasks related to budgeting and contracting of forward planning and land development activities for the region. This role will be a high-profile role with extensive contact across multiple departments across the company, as well as outside vendors and resources.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma, 2 or more years of college preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Extremely organized and able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 2 years of contracting experience in homebuilding, land development, or construction field is a huge plus, but not required.

CORE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and process contracts and change orders utilizing our project management software and DocuSign.
  • Establish working relationship amongst various team members in the Operations, Project Management, and Land Development teams to identify and prioritize upcoming work to be contracted
  • Attend department meetings and site meetings.
  • Organize and maintain up to date contract files and land development scopes of work.
  • Establish and maintain electronic contract files Setup new vendors in company system.
  • Administer internal and external users in our file sharing and bidding software to manage access to project documents and contracts.
  • Assist team members in the preparation of bid documents and management of documents.
  • Assist in the effort to recruit new trade partners and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain the offsite trade partner database
