Job Title: Controller

Job Summary:

Established company looking for a Controller to join their team. This role is responsible for closing of financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts receivable/payable and general ledger accounts, audits, and other annual fillings.

Job Title Responsibilities:

* Oversees the daily operations of all accounting.

* Prepares reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

* Oversee budget and project costs.

* Prepare cash flow reports.

* Prepare state and federal tax return information.

* Maintaining the accounts receivable ledger including the accurate and timely posting of cash receipts and deposits.

* Track finances and construction projects.

* Reviews and approves reconciliations of all general ledger accounts.

* Oversees and ensures the accurate and timely close of the financial books in preparation for the audits.

* Other duties as needed.

Job Title Requirements:

* Cost Accounting experience.

* Construction experience.

* Vista Viewpoint preferred.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
