Job Title: Controller

Location: Hayward

Compensation: $185-$205k

Job Summary:

Established company looking for a Controller to join their team. This role is responsible for all accounting functions, financial data reporting and development of internal control policies and procedures.

Job Title Responsibilities:

* Oversees the daily operations of all accounting.

* Prepares reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

* Prepare state and federal tax return information.

* Oversee the general ledger, billing, AR, AP, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.

* Reviews and approves reconciliations of all general ledger accounts.

* Assist in internal and external audits.

* Other duties as needed.

Job Title Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

* 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance.

* 5+ years of Controller level experience.

* Strong GAAP experience.

* Experience with Excel, SOX and Sage Intacct preferred.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
