Well-established client in the construction industry is seeking a Controller. This is a full-time position with 100% paid benefits and immense opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background and experience with union and non-union employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for union and non-union employees
  • Prepare and process payroll tax payments and payroll tax returns
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivables
  • Ensure accuracy of the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly job cost WIP schedules
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Assist with various audits

Ideal qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience within the construction industry
