Nelson Connects is hiring 2nd shift Cook II for a local organization in Santa Rosa.
Pay for this position is: $20.50 -$20.50 per hour
As a Cook IIyou will:
Comply with the rules and regulations in the handbook, the safety manual and GMP booklet
Report all potential inventory shortages, raw material or quality deviations immediately
Perform cooking and batching of all recipes according to instructions
Check all ingredients and report any variances
Understand and use batch sheets and follow standard procedures
Ensure correct tag labeling and storage procedures
Understand, monitor and safely use all equipment
Ensure compliance with Critical Control Points and Preventive Controls
Report all mechanical problems
Perform other duties as assigned
Pay for this position is: $20.50 -$20.50 per hour
Cook IIcandidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Must have at least 6 months of experience as heavy lifter
Able to read simple instructions in English and Spanish
Able to complete simple forms
Able to verbally communicate with Supervisors
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers
Pay for this position is: $20.50 -$20.50 per hour
Experience with the following is a plus:
