First role, our East Bay based commercial and residential solar manufacturing client is seeking a Facilities professional to help augment their Front office and Administrative departments. In this role, you'll be held accountable for the following:

  • Be the face of the company! Meet and greet all vendors, clients, guests and employees.
  • Track all incoming foot traffic and issuing badges when applicable.
  • Help with facilitating new hires with onboarding and off-boarding procedures. For new hires, coordinating with IT and HR for properly issued equipment.
  • Handle incoming deliveries from FedEx, UPS and other carrier services.
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies. Order material when needed and remain within proposed budget.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and porter personnel to maintain common grounds, meeting rooms, bathrooms and mailrooms.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associate's degree required.
  • 3-4 plus years in an office, administrative, facilities or customer service role.
  • Pleasant and positive personality. Professional appearance, both verbal and written communication. (Will collaborate with upper management and C-Suite Directors).
  • Working proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail. Multi-tasking traits and ability to work well under pressure.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Assignment: Contract to hire

Second role, our Nor Cal leading Health Services provider is in need of an Office professional to help support project based work for a 3 month contract assignment. In this role, you'll be held accountable for the following:

  • Data entry. Filing and scanning of documents, paper or digital copy.
  • Receiving, scanning and indexing documents, verifying and updating database and storing and retrieving work files.
  • Other clerk and reconciliation related duties.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2 plus years of office or administrative duties. Preferably in a data entry or file clerk related role.
  • Tend to client's pre-screening requirements, such a 5-panel drug screen before hire.
  • Weekly COVID screening for non-vaccinated associates.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Assignment: 3 month contract
