We are looking for a Counter Sales/ Inventory Clerk professional for our client's San Carlos and South San Francisco locations.

Position basics:

  • Looking for a career-oriented, self-motivated individual with a dynamic personality to support counter sales/customer service requests and support managing warehouse duties.
  • Maintain showroom and warehouse, keeping them clean, organized, and running efficiently.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and aid in the update of shipping and receiving into the system.
  • In addition, you will assist on the sales counter, directly helping customers either by telephone or face to face and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • No driving responsibilities.
  • Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal and 5-panel DT.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with data entry and retrieval on SAP computer systems.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Forklift driving is preferred.

Skills:

  • Dependable Strong organizational skills.
  • First-rate Customer Services skills, Detail-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure effectively, independently, or in a team environment.
  • Adhere to meet deadlines.
  • Multi-task.

Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday - 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
