Nelson Connects is immediately hiring 2 Customer Account Specialist for a temp to hire opportunity working for a growing manufacturing company located in Santa Rosa, Ca. For this role we are looking for individuals that demonstrate professionalism - high attention to detail- ability to work in a very fast paced environment -billing background is highly desirable.
2 x Customer Account Specialist
Santa Rosa- towards Windsor, Ca
Pay range: $24.00 per hour - $26.00 per hour.
We are seeking two ideal candidates, who have the following qualities/experience:
- Must have over 3-year outstanding Customer Service skills in a cubicle/call center environment
- Must have strong familiarity with order entry, processing, change of order, etc. experiences
- Coordinate with Project Manager- Sales team and dispatcher regarding services needs
- Collaborate with other billing/customer specialists, admin staff and sales reps at all time
- Enjoy working with the public - follow up work - maintain rapport with new and current customers
- Ability to multi-task effectively- efficient time management- highly detail-oriented
- Professional Communication skills, ability to work with mathematical concepts for statis reports
- Provide exemplary dedicated customer service skills - immediate address any urgency request
- Proficient in SAP/ERP, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and software management-accurate data entry
- Enjoys being a team player- ability to maintain ownership of the billing duties assigned
- Must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, high volume, very fast paced environment
- Onsite from MON-FRI 8-5
