Job Title: Customer Care

Location: Concord, CA

Compensation: $18

Customer Care Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls & assist callers with questions regarding service, billing, dispatch, or account information
  • Handle customer complaints & ensure resolution
  • Ensure customer comments are logged into the system
  • Perform problem solving skills when reviewing customer billing statements & answer customer inquiries regarding invoices
  • Perform various account file maintenance actions in regards to making account adjustments, processing refunds, & processing credit card payments

Customer Care Requirements:

  • High Volume Call Center experience required (1-2 years)
  • Excellent communication skills
