  • Supporting clients and responding to requests primarily through email support.

  • Responding to customer return request in a timely manner.

  • Order Management and Order Processing on our ecommerce system.

  • Handling customer calls and phone orders.

  • Making sure all orders are correctly processed and shipped in a timely manner.

  • Some office support activities.

  • Roll up shirt sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
