Nelson Connects is immediately hiring for a Temp to Hire Customer Service Representative for a locally owned business who has proudly served the North Bay since 1884! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Answering and placing customer calls
Supports drivers and service technicians
Process customer applications
Process work and service orders
Assist with customer past due/collection calls
Assist with customer account maintenance, set-up and billing
Prepare month-end reporting

Customer Service Representative candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Previous Customer Service and heavy phone experience needed
Must be detail oriented, organized and have time management skills
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Spanish speaking preferred but not required

For this role, the shift is:

Monday Through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
During the winter months some Saturday overtime is required
Vacation Blackout dates are November 1 through the end of February, no exceptions!

Pay for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/DOE
