Job Title: Customer Service Representatives
Location: Valencia, CA
Compensation: $20 - $30 /hr. DOE

Nelson Staffing is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in Valencia, CA.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer's requests in a timely manner, review, negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts. Effectively manage customers and projects while collaborating with various teams to ensure the highest level of service is given to the customer.

Additional Duties/Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Manage customer information in the CRM database
  • Manage assigned accounts and/or projects
  • Develop an understanding of products and services we provide to our customers
  • Provide support to outside salespersons
  • Prepare quotations and making outbound quote follow-up calls.
  • Order entry, review, and communicate requirements, terms, and risks to ensure compliance and resolution of potential contractual and or business risks on new or existing contracts.
  • Manage projects to ensure proper execution and coordination across company functions as necessary for effective contract execution.
  • Communicate to all appropriate departments of any change in customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking management, and reporting of on-time delivery and quoting metric

Additional qualifications

  • Must have 2-5 years experience in a Customer Service related industry
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent quality of work, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional and Professional phone (verbal), email, and chat etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills (Coordinate & Prioritize)
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be able to negotiate, compile/gather and analyze data
  • Communicate with internal teams/departments, customers, and venders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience working with advanced quality systems (ISO, AS, etc.) a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Material knowledge of thin flexible materials (films, foils, foam, and elastomers) a plus
  • Read and understand blueprints a plus
  • So project management experience a plus

Education and other screening requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED, AA degree or higher preferred
  • Must pass an English Assessment (this test will be given to those candidates who don't possess a BA or higher
  • Must pass/clear a drug and background screening
