Location: City of Industry, CA

Compensation: $15 -$16/hr. DOE

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound calls and processing online orders. This will include assisting customers with any inquiries regarding their product, updating clients' files, and processing sale orders.

Other Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in Customer Service experience
  • Inbound Call Center a plus
  • Good Computer and Data Entry Skills
  • Experience with an online order management system a plus
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Must pass/clear criminal background and drug screening.
