Professional Customer Service Representative
Nelson Connects is looking for an ideal candidate, who is skilled in customer service and has experience in a call center environment. This full-time temp to hire position is in Windsor, CA.
The work hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
$24.00 DOE
- Answering high volume incoming phone calls, provide outstanding customer service
- Take orders and processing orders payments via phone and via email
- Resolve concerns related to customers, relay pertinent information as applicable
- Contacting customers to update policies and reminders of upcoming policy deadlines
- Sending out daily emails to customers - enter all performance task in data system
- Filing confidential files, entering data into data-based system, and process daily mail
Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - strong phone skills
- Experience working in a call center environment and follow up billing
- MUST: be able to multitask, great attention to detail, and be very organized!
- Professional writing skills, accurate data entry skills
- Ability to stay clam in a high paced work environment
- Very Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Office and Outlook, Navision
- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required
- Must be vaccinated
