Overview:
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team and to support various departments. This role is ideal for those looking for an entry-level position in the general field of Customer Service, Customer Accounts, and/or Automotive Finance. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Compensation: $20/HR

**THIS IS A FULLY ONSITE POSITION IN CYPRESS, CA**

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints through outbound/inbound chats, calls, and emails within the collections, credit, and customer relations departments
Provide solutions and information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer accounts, product issues, and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Manage high-volume calls in a friendly manner

?Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Self-starter
Basic computer skills and familiarity with internal CRM software or similar tools.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
