We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.


  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position is fully remote. Below are the minimum qualifications to work remotely in this role:

  • 30 day onsite training located in Concord, CA
  • Have a computer - not shared with anyone else
  • Windows 10, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer
  • Have or compatible with 2nd monitor (2nd monitor can be provided)
  • Have a good quiet working workspace
  • If laptop, must have external mouse
  • External keyboard preferably, but not necessary
  • Connected to internet modem via ethernet cord
  • High speed internet
  • Provide internet speed test from computer, via screenshot with timestamp
