Customer Service Representative

(Swing Shift - 3pm-11:30pm Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday) for a very reputable company in the Logistics sector in Fremont. Pay is $24/hour + solid benefits (100% employer paid for individual.)

Strong candidates will possess proficient experience with:

  • 3PL Logistics Industry
  • Resolution of customer complaints/problems
  • Ensuring order changes and deletions and communication with those departments within the facility that handle resolution
  • Computer skills to include SAP, MS Excel, MS Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Understanding of customer guidelines for account and product shipment procedures
  • Strong verbal and written skills
