Nelson Connects is immediately hiring for Customer service/intake caller representative for our client located in Santa Rosa. For this role we are looking for individuals that demonstrate professionalism - has advanced computer knowledge, are highly efficient and reliable, and competent work experience in supporting C Level staff.

Compensation Range: $ 25.00 - $26.00 per hour
As a customer service/intake caller representative, your primary role is to assist customers who are seeking assistance or have questions about our clients product or services. You may work for a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, or retail.
Your responsibilities may include answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products or services, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work well in a team.
Additionally, you should be familiar with customer service software and have experience with data entry and basic computer programs. You may also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of calls.
