Dealer Development Manager - Tractor and Outdoor Power Equipment


Ideally located in the Central US

Terrific opportunity to work for a leader in the transition to zero-emissions regenerative agriculture equipment, with technology for a healthy, safer, and cleaner future.

Compensation: Generous compensation plan plus bonus and excellent benefits.

Essential Functions:

  • The Dealer Development Manager will build awareness and success at the dealer level to develop and onboard dealers with the support of the national sales team.
  • Deliver on organizational marketing strategy, processes and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and revise process and procedures.
  • Multitask in a start up to fast-paced office environment.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

  • Tractor or equipment experience must.
  • Advanced marketing analytical and reporting knowledge/experience in farm equipment, heavy equipment, outdoor power or related field a plus.
  • Strong marketing and communication skills, and ability to converse with dealers.
  • Ability to plan and execute projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Possess strategic thought leadership with ability to look ahead and respond proactively.
  • Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills with the ability to build trust and credibility globally which includes winning approval from various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
