Innovative manufacturing company located in Ontario, CA has need for a Business to Business Customer Service Representative, who will be covering an existing employee out on leave. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, full-time hours (Monday-Friday, days). Successful candidates/applicants will have at least 2 years of experience within a business to business environment and be driven to deliver knock-their-socks off service. In this role, you will receive and administer the complete process of purchase orders and communicate with appropriate internal departments for accurate order processing, to ensure total customer satisfaction. This will involve the relay of pertinent order information to customers.
