Director of Hospitality

Napa Valley, CA

$90-100k annually with excellent Benefits

The Director of Hospitality oversees Tasting Room Operations and Hospitality programming, Staff management, imparts exceptional Customer Service.

  • Experienced in POS systems, order processing, management of all hospitality staff, to include selection, mentoring, training and cultivating an exceptional work environment.
  • Coordinate with DTC Manager, Operations, Marketing and Events to best serve the overall Business needs, while focusing on Hospitality Sales performance.
  • We are looking for a Creative thinker with the ability to develop relationships that enhance the Brand and provide a positive customer experience. You will be preparing and presenting Wine Education to both internal and external customers and professionals.


  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends (hospitality schedule) as needed
  • Must have at least 3 years' experience in a winery and have a proven ability to manage all aspects of winery hospitality.
  • Must have an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, have excellent knowledge of MS Office, POS systems and Excel
  • Bilingual is strongly preferred, but not required.
