Job Title: Distribution No FKL experience

Location: Fairfield

Compensation: $19

Job Title Responsibilities:

  1. The associates will be picking/ packing UPS orders into boxes
  2. Occasionally they will build larger orders manually onto a pallet using a pallet jack
  3. The job requires hand stacking, pulling orders, getting on a pallet jack
  4. Building pallets by hand, stacking up pallets
  5. Order and coordinate delivery of raw materials needed for the production schedule
  6. Preparing items for shipment and for receiving.
  7. Inspect incoming loads of raw materials and other supplies for accuracy against paperwork.

Additionally, this position is for someone that is a preferred forklift operator, but you don't have to be. It is preferred because if Jelly Belly wants to hire the associate, then they can train them on the forklift and go from there. Most of the early training work on both shifts is walking, pushing a cart, picking, and packing UPS orders. Forklift use comes in later as employees learn the basics.

Job Title Requirements:

· Must be Forklift Certified on a Stand-Up Forklift

· Must have Clean DMV

· Must be able to work Overtime
