Job Title: Field Sales Representative Door to Door Sales / Job Fair Location: Fort Collins, CO Compensation: 25/ hour + $50 complete Sales Commission Basic Qualifications: 60% Door to Door sales / Sales fair - 40% Administrative (Home). * High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) * Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) or equivalent education with typically 1+ years' sales experience * Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required * Background Check * Drug Test * 1+ years Consumer Direct Sales experience preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Able to execute with a high level of ethics and integrity in a challenging and ever-changing environment * Self-motivated and highly disciplined * Ability to work independently * Have the positive attitude, energy and determination required to translate daily customer interactions into new sales * Possess a strong knowledge to overcome customer objections * Required to work varying hours including weekends, evenings and holidays Position Overview: * The Field Sales Associate is responsible for door-to-door sales and migration activities within an assigned territory * Selling the appropriate mix of products using bundled solutions to new and existing customers. * Have strong interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed. * Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external. Job Functions: * The Field Sales Associate is responsible for door-to-door sales and migration activities within an assigned territory * Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer's needs, recommend a solution based on those needs. * Become proficient in systems and product offers for sales quoting and ordering. * Become an expert in the competitive environment and be able to communicate regarding competitive offerings while effectively positioning CenturyLink and Quantum Fiber products as the best technology choice for prospects/customers. * Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external. * Maintain and improve speed, accuracy, and quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines provided by Lumen's compliance organization.
