The E-Commerce Account Director supports National Sales customer retention and acquisition through the promotion and execution of strategic growth e-Commerce tools and differentiated functionality. The E-Commerce Account Director will collaborate with internal and external partners. Seeking Amazon experience.


  • Analyze current e-Commerce utilization within the National Sales customer base within the specialists areas of coverage (regions, areas)
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deploy critical e-Commerce tools, with a focus on adoption and utilization of Master List Management, Business Analytics, and overall site functionality
  • Conduct customer presentations on the e-Commerce functionality with high profile National Sales new account prospects
  • Build and conduct e-Commerce system training sessions for use with internal and external audiences
  • Gather and synthesize customer and internal seller feedback on e-Commerce functionality needed to address/ solve National Sales customer challenges
  • Track and analyze data
  • Responsible for budgets, and eCommerce P&L

Minimum of 3 years experience in brand experience and marketing.
Amazon vendor experience
Experience distribution in the e-Commerce systems is preferred
Experience with customer presentations involving questions and answer sessions is preferred

Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required; experience a plus; demonstrated ability to become proficient in internal applications.
Strong in-person and virtual presentation skills
Analytical skills and attention-to-detail
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, cross functional collaboration and influencing skills
