Nelson Connects is immediately hiring for Electronic Banking Administrator for a local financial institution in Santa Rosa, CA.
For this project-based role, we are looking for individuals that demonstrate efficiency, professionalism - respect for individual differences and are competent and compassionate!
Electronic Banking Administrator
Santa Rosa, CA
Compensation Range hour: $25.00-$25.00
- Must have working experience with in the financial and/or banking industry.
- Transferring transactions for deposits, bill payments, over drafts - always efficient and accurate.
- Provide excellent follow up customer service, respond to request for research and other transactions.
- Highly detail focused, prioritize per urgency - focused and work professionally with under deadlines.
- Experience gained through banking, cash management, or bank back office.
- Processing credit transaction/ back office, loading of all consumers accounts.
- Skilled in working with Customer Care Dept. to ensure that stated transactions amounts match
- Review and act -data error/ fraud detection- within the Credit /Debit card Service Dept.
- Proficient in MS Suite and technically savvy - maintain confidentiality and follow bank secrecy laws.
- Must posses strong organizational, analytical, math + number enthusiastic, and interpersonal skills.
