Tittle: Quality Control Lab Technician
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $19.50-$23.00

We are presently seeking a technology Electronic Quality Lab Technician in this role you will review test requirements, build test support equipment, set test configurations, functionality tests, electrical tests, and modify failing test units.

Responsibilities:

  • Review specifications and test requirements
  • Build test cables to productions-level standard, including use of crimps, splices, heat shrink wraps, and solder
  • Check functionality of units bases on functional environment testing to DO-160 and other standards
  • Performs tests based on established requirements using DMM, oscilloscope, frequency generators, high frequency power, and other equipment to evaluate performance and reliability of products
  • Analyzes and interprets test data and reports abnormalities
  • As applicable performs rework on failing units and assemble experimental units based on engineering and lab engineer instructions, and perform retesting
  • Coordinates with minimal supervision and high personal initiative

*Previous electronics or cable experience required
